In Città: Forlì - Cesena il ballo del mattone continua

Non è crisi per il mercato immobiliare, almeno in provincia di Forlì-Cesena. Secondo i dati dell’osservatorio sul mercato immobiliare, infatti, a Forlì la casa continua a ‘tirare’. Lo rivelano i dati sui mutui, che mentre a livello nazionale registrano una contrazione del 3,4%, in provincia di Forlì-Cesena crescono del 15%. Rispetto al 2006, l’importo medio del mutuo si sta alzando considerevolmente: se prima era di 130mila euro, nel 2007 è salito a 150mila euro…Continua
